decision analysis partners won a project to document prevailing Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) models, and to draw lessons learned from successful PPP implementations so as to develop guiding principles relevant to our client.  The goal of the study is to document and characterize the PPP models that are best adapted to  capital infusion, technology/knowhow sharing, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and overall strategic business execution.
