As part of Canada Post’s transformation, decision analysis partners will perform qualitative and quantitative testing of multiple bundle packaging through Canada Post’s sorting infrastructure to develop recommendations and guidelines. dap’s team includes Valassis of Toronto, Canada which will prepare sample bundles for testing. The project will ultimately develop a broader foundation for policy recommendations using subject matter experts and CPC workshops. [Postal Service]
