On September 7, 2006, the Naval Inventory Control Point ADP Modernization Contracts Department (Code M0271.A4) announced the award of the Pentagon Information Technology Services Center (PITSC) contract. This is a
multi-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the acquisition of a wide variety of services for the Department of Defense.
Target Systems is a prime contractor for this contract. decision/analysis partners LLC is an integral member of the Target Systems PITSC team. As part of the team, decision/analysis partners LLC is able to offer a
streamlined, expeditious way to place task order against the contract for its services to fulfill the Government's requirements.
The purpose of this contract is to provide technical, engineering and support services for the design, development, acquisition, integration, implementation, test, evaluation, documentation,and full life-cycle
support of training/education systems and workforce certification programs for agencies of the Federal Government and foreign governments via their FMS Sponsor.
