The principal task of decision analysis partners in this definitional mission is to understand how USTDA can best provide assistance to Senegal in developing its freight transportation infrastructure. In particular, the mission looked at a number of port and river projects to determine the best combinations of actions which may include feasibility studies, technical assistance, workshops, orientation visits or training seminars.
