U.S.-Mexico Trade Security Symposium

decision/analysis partners organized four one-day bilingual conferences in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Tijuana, Mexico on behalf of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Each conference had plenary sessions and four breakout sessions. There was a Tech Expo exhibit, of up to 20 U.S. companies in each city, during the lunch hours. It was a bilingual event.

The purpose of this project was to develop a program designed to address specific supply-chain security issues that affect Mexico-U.S. trade by bringing together specialists and professionals in a one-day symposium. This symposium was held in four cities across Mexico, enabling smaller and medium enterprises to participate, in addition to U.S. companies and participants.

decision/analysis partners designed and developed conference logo, conference signage and web page with electronic registration. The website was developed in both languages English as well as Spanish. In order to achieve our goal, we sent about 3000 emails to different contacts in Mexico and 2000 to different American companies and were able to meet client requirements.
