Poor productivity

Canada Post Corporation (CPC) was experiencing poor video encoding productivities at the majority of its plants.  decision analysis partners video encoding specialists performed a time and motion analysis of various users of the Video Encoding System (VES).  This analysis enabled CPC to understand the root causes of the large variability between high performers and low performers, thus identifying opportunities to improve the overall efficiency of the VES centers.

Working with supervisors

Our experts also worked with the supervisors of the VES centers to collect productivity data, analyze it, identify root causes for deviations from target performance, and develop recommendations for remedial.  A specific encoding training program was designed and administered by Canada Post based on our recommendations.
