Mr. Henderson is an internationally recognized consultant and former executive with thirty years of experience in the telecommunications and information
technology sectors. He has a broad base of experience in business, network and financial planning, as well as venture formation and negotiations in domestic and international venues. Wayne's experiences
in Board-level strategic business planning and investment decision-making, as well as customer operations and service delivery equip him with a comprehensive understanding of business problems and their potential
solutions at all levels. He has extensive experience and expertise in economic analysis methods and business case development and evaluation. He has performed financial and operational due diligence on
several telecommunications and IT ventures bon behalf of potential investors.
Wayne has significant domestic and international experience in business and capital planning for IT and telecommunications projects. This includes
a project in Bolivia where he was a strategist and personal advisor to the President of Bolivia and his Cabinet of Ministers for the modernization and privatization of Bolivia's telecom sector. He also
developed: a national growth and modernization plan for the Turkmenistan Ministry of Communications; strategic business plans including capital requirements and financial risks for startup ventures in France and
Monaco; and a business plan for Lockheed-Martin for a Mobile Satellite Communications venture in Eastern Europe and China. He has also performed Merger and Acquisition projects for US ventures Rural Local
Exchange Carriers (RLECs) and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs).
Prior to being a consultant, Wayne Henderson was with AT&T where his positions included: Director-Business Planning; Director-Financial Planning and
Management; and Director-Network Operations Planning. During his tenure as Director-Financial Planning and Management, Wayne led a team that performed economic analyses of individual business cases totaling
over $4 billion annually, as well as recommending capital spending priorities to the AT&T Board in typically constrained capital scenarios. Wayne and his team also changed the business processes and IT systems
by which capital expenditures were planned, economically analyzed, approved, delegated and managed. These processes included both the financial accounting and the engineering/operations inventory management aspects
of embedded assets.
Mr. Henderson has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management-Finance from Purdue University and has completed
Executive Programs at the Aspen Institute and Stanford University. He is also a decorated Marine veteran of Vietnam.
