Mr. Morrow is an experienced consulting professional with a strong quantitative background and analytical skills. His project experience covers a wide range
of applications including process re-engineering, operations management, and logistics streamlining. Prior to joining decision/analysis partners, Mr. Morrow was employed by ICF Consulting's Technology and
Program Management practice where he worked on a variety of projects for the Systems Engineering division of the U.S. Postal Service. Mr. Morrow also previously worked with the General Services Department (GSD) at
The World Bank.
While working with the Postal Service, Mr. Morrow developed and analyzed models to determine the value added to USPS by investing in new mail sorting equipment. At The World Bank, he
helped develop a framework for streamlining logistical operations by applying industry best practices to GSD logistical processes.
Mr. Morrow is a Mechanical Engineer from Yale University. He is skilled
at a variety of analytical methodologies including discrete-event simulation and deterministic operations modeling.
