Donna Lauer has more than 23 years of experience in telecommunications and consulting, including billing and revenue assurance, systems development and troubleshooting, finance, regulatory
affairs, and setting up switches, peripheral hardware and supporting software (OSS/BSS) in the private sector.
At decision/analysis partners, Ms. Lauer supports a multi-million dollar telecommunications consulting project with the U.S. Government's General Services Administration where she is
responsible for the evaluation of test plans, infrastructure and information security plans, technology plans and technology systems and services.
In the private sector, Ms. Lauer's exemplary work in resolving system problems was recognized with a company wide adoption of her approach, and the creation of several functional
positions modeled on hers. Call record tracking procedures she initiated resulted in the realization of several hundred million dollars worth of additional revenues for her employer.
Ms. Lauer has extensive implementation experience with switches and network peripherals, and Operating and Billing Support Systems (OSS/BSS). For large enterprises, and across
organizations, she is credited with developing interdepartmental standards, terminology and naming conventions which have improved operational performance.
In her work for the United States Agency for International Development, during the 1980's, Ms. Lauer tracked rates of return for development projects executed by several organizations,
factoring in the impact of high worldwide inflation rates.
