Mr. Mihaley is an executive management consultant and practice leader for decision/analysis partners' Human Capital & Organizational Effectiveness practice. He has over twenty years
experience serving public sector clients in the strategic management and performance of organizational systems with concentrations in Organizational Development, Organizational Change management, Human Capital
Management, Learning and Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
Mr. Mihaley's advisory services focus on the performance of human and organizational systems- including strategies, business processes, systems and technology, workforce and organization
structures - and span all aspects of organizational effectiveness. His experience covers many years as a subject matter expert, facilitator and leader on numerous client engagements. He has provided counsel as a
trusted advisor to client executive and senior leadership.
Prior to joining Decision Analysis Partners, Mr. Mihaley worked with major management consultancies, including Arthur D. Little and Coopers & Lybrand LLC. In
addition, his industry experience includes over six years at The World Bank and International Monetary Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has completed coursework towards a graduate degree in
business management.
