U.S-Mexico Trade Security Symposium Series

    Dear Bernard,

I would like to thank you and your decision/analysis partners staff for your outstanding work on the U.S- Mexico Trade Security Symposium Series in November 2004 and January 2005.

decision/analysis partners successfully recruited over 800 participants in four cities across Mexico and organized and exceptional technical program despite difficult scheduling constraints. The management of the conference series was very commendable, from the distinguished speakers and relevant topics, to the venues, catering and participant folders.

We have received several congratulations from participants on both sides of the border praising the technical program and general logistical arrangements. These successful events will go a long way in securing better trade relations between Mexico and the U.S. and, in particular, improving supply chain security in Mexico.

Thank you again for your dedicated work. It was a pleasure working with you on the U.S- Mexico Trade Security Symposium Series.

    Sincerely,

Oil Spill Response and Recovery Orientation Visit for Pakistan

On behalf of self and entire delegation from Pakistan on orientation visit to United States on oil spill response sponsored by the USTDA. I wish to place on record very well coordination efforts by decision analysis partners for organizing the visit covering entire period from 8th May to 20th May 2005. Right from the inception of the visit when it was conceived you have been associated with the visit and have taken pains in contacting individual delegate finalizing the travel schedule as well as minor details of the visit. Collecting required data and compiling in booklet from which was subsequently distributed to the interested stakeholders in the field of oil spill response, who were invited to meet the delegates at Miami Conference. Your efforts in this regard really deserve a great appreciation.

It is also appreciable that the visit concluded in a very satisfying manner and delegates were looked after very well during their stay. At this juncture, I would like to appreciate personal efforts of Ms. Rebeca Gil and Mr. Joseph Duffy, who were associated with the delegation since their arrival till departure. The personal efforts in looking after the delegates and maintaining the scheduled visits to various organizations were commendable and deserve special thanks. Both Ms. Gil and Mr. Duffy exhibited a very high level of organizational and management skills.

I look forward to other such visits in the future to bring us more closer and work in harmony.

Iraq E-Learning Orientation Visit

It is my distinct pleasure to recommend decision/analysis partners for the excellent job that they have done in organizing and conducting the U.S. Trade and Development Agency sponsored e-learning mission for our Iraqi delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from June 18-29, 2006.

decision/analysis partners effectively planned and coordinated all logistics, arranged for all the technical meetings, accompanied the delegation with senior logistical and technical specialists. More importantly, decision/analysis partners personnel were always available when needed, provided us with constant updates on the progress and status of our mission and has acted in the most professional manner.

I would definitely recommend using decision/analysis partners as a logistical and technical planner, and we will plan to use them in the future for our own needs as well.

Please do not hesitate to contact me, should you wish further information.

    Best Regards,
