One of the missions of decision/analysis partners (d/ap) is to assist clients in developing solutions and strategies by integrating disparate groups and interests. We use a consultative approach that engages both the client and our senior professionals to collaborate with diverse groups and integrate diverging points of view through facilitation. Our consultations also involve
on-going support, and the transfer of knowledge through demonstrations of facilitation techniques.
